On edge: (flower) MOCKOBCKOΓO (flower) ДBOPA | POCCИCKOI (flower) P(OУ)БЛЬ (flower). Bitkin 60; cf. Severin 977; Uzdenikov 685. NGC photo graded MS 61, lovely full strike on obverse and just a hint of haymarking on reverse. A superb type coin with lovely luster overall. In uncirculated and extremely rare condition.
