A Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel taler of Friedrich Ulrich, dated 1619, countermarked on reverse with two punches: horseman right with monogram below in dotted circle, and date in plain rectangle. For coin: Welter 1057A; for countermarks: Efimki 751-753; Kaim I p. 126-129. Coin VF, c/ms VF, toned. Both countermarks weak, flan crack. Date double punched.
