KINGS of MACEDON. Philip II. 359-336 BC. AR Tetradrachm (14.26 g, 1h). Pella mint. Struck under Antipater, Polyperchon, or Kassander, circa 323/2-315 BC. Laureate head of Zeus right / Youth, holding palm, on horseback right; serpent below, Boeotian shield below horse's raised foreleg. Le Rider 529 (D281/R433); SNG ANS 450 (same obv. die). EF, lightly toned, small test cut on horse’s shoulder.
