Augustus. 27 BC-AD 14. AR Denarius (4.29 g, 8h). Rome mint. P. Petronius Turpilianus, moneyer. Struck 19/8 BC. Wreathed head of Liber right / Parthian kneeling right, extending in hand a signum, to which is attached a vexillum marked X, and holding out left hand. RIC I 287; RSC 485. Good VF, gray and iridescent toning, minor deposits on the obverse under tone.
