Claudius. AD 41-54. AR Fourrée Denarius (2.28 g, 10h). Romano-British Imitation. Laureate head right / DE BRITANN on architrave of triumphal arch surmounted by equestrian statue left between two trophies. For prototype, cf. BMCRE p.173, note; cf. RSC 22. EF, unevenly toned, numerous areas reveal the inner core.
