St. Mark standing right, presenting banner to kneeling Doge / Christ standing facing, raising hand in benediction and holding Gospels, surrounded by mandorla containing nine stars. CNI VII 13; Papadopoli 4; Paolucci 1; Friedberg 1235. Good VF, areas of weakness. Very rare.
