NEAR EASTERN. Mesopotamia(?). Pottery Vessel. 4th-early 3rd millennia BC. Flared rim and slightly curved neck giving way to a protruding body decorated with a geometric pattern in beige, a light reddish-brown, and dark brown. Two pierced lug handles, neck pierced just above lug handles. Resting on three unevenly spaced legs. Height: 12.7cm. Good condition, broken and well-repaired, minor encrustation, discoloration, and surface damage.
