ROMAN-BYZANTINE. Imperial. Bronze Key Ring and Brooch. 1st-3rd centuries AD. Ring with plain band and key. Ring size: 5 US; J British // 4th-6th centuries AD. Fragmentary brooch in the shape of a schematized cockerel with wings of blue enamel. Tangs on bottom for attaching to larger ornament. Brown patina. Height:: 3.4cm. Good condition, full enamel remaining in two of cockerel’s four wings.
