GAUL, Nemausus. Augustus, with Agrippa. 27 BC-AD 14. Æ As (22mm, 5.44 g). Contemporary imitation. Back to back heads of Agrippa, wearing combined rostral crown and laurel wreath, and Augustus, bare / Crocodile right, chained to palm frond with wreath at top; two palm fronds at base. Cf. RPC I 523; cf. RIC I 155; cf. SNG Copenhagen 698. Good Fine, dark grayish-green patina, flan not fully cast.
