CELTIC, Carpathian region. Uncertain tribe. Late 2nd-1st century BC. AR Tetradrachm (16.02 g, 8h). Imitating Thasos. Wreathed head of Dionysos right; style completely degraded / Herakles standing facing, arms outstretched with lines extending downward from each, the left ending in three-pronged fork, the right ending in pellet; legend degraded to lines. Lanz -; CCCBM I -; KMW -; Lukanc 1831 var. (slightly different reverse features). Good VF, find patina, a little porous, usual wavy flan.
