BRUTTIUM, The Brettii. Circa 208-203 BC. Æ Double – Didrachm (16.21 g, 12h). Fourth coinage. Helmeted head of Ares left within wreath / Hera Hoplosmia advancing right, holding spear and shield; lyre to right. Scheu, Bronze 59; HN Italy 2000. EF, dark green-brown patina with spots of red.
