Includes eight early sales from the period 1895-1918, highlighted by the Greek portions of the O’Hagan and Earl of Ashburnham collections. Eight later catalogs from the period 1970-1982 are highlighted by the Aubry (unnamed 1970) collection of high-quality ancients, the Roman collections of the Duke of Northumberland and F.J. Woodbridge, and second portion of the Prince de Ligne collection of Low Countries coins and medals. Most are sales of ancients, with some also containing later coinage.
