Commodus. AD 177-192. AR Denarius (17mm, 2.93 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck circa AD 192. Laureate head right / Victory advancing left, holding wreath and cradling palm frond in left arm; star to left. RIC III 237; MIR 18, 844-4/30; RSC 568a. Good VF, minor die break and flan flaw on obverse. Attractive late portrait.
