CAMVL (ligate) on central panel; pellet-in-annulets flanking, open wreath extending above and below / Two horses galloping left; leaf above, cross-in-circle and CVNO below. Van Arsdell 1913-1; SCBC 290. Good VF, reverse a little off center. Rare first issue.
