ATTICA, Athens. Circa 460-404 BC. AR Tetradrachm (16.92 g, 8h). Eastern imitation. Head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves over visor and a spiral palmette on the bowl; c/m: c (Phoenician S) in incuse square / Owl standing right, head facing, with spread tail feathers; olive sprig and crescent behind, AΘE to right; all within incuse square. Sharply struck on a broad flan, exceptional for type.
