DOC -; MIBE N229; P.J. Donald & P.D. Whitting, “Some unusual Byzantine copper of the sixth century,” NumCirc LXXXI/12 (December 1973), 1 (same dies); SB -. Good VF, dark green patina with light earthen dusting. Extremely rare, MIBE cites only three examples, two of which are in museums (Turin and ANS).
