INDIA, Local Issues. 18th-19th centuries. AV Ducat (2.11 g, 12h). Imitating Venice. Uncertain mint. Pseudo-Persian legend, resembling that of Shah Alam II (1759-1806) / (rosette) IIVIVIIV [...], stylized deity standing facing, surrounded by elliptical halo containing eleven rosettes. Ives -; cf. Mitchiner 169 (in silver) & 171 (Dutch ‘rider’ ducat obverse, with Urdu reverse, struck in gold). Fine or better, clipped.
