INDIA, Local Issues. 19th-early 20th centuries. Four AV Ducats. Imitating Venice. Uncertain mint. Struck in the name of Alvise Mocenigo IV, 1763-1778. All coins: St. Mark standing right, holding Gospels and presenting flag to Doge kneeling left / Christ standing facing, raising hand in benediction and holding Gospels, surrounded by elliptical halo containing stars. Lot includes the following varieties: (3.34 g). Struck circa late 18th-19th centuries.
