CILICIA, Tarsus. Gordian III. AD 238-244. Æ 36mm (26.83 g, 7h). Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Two cilicarch crowns on table, one with six heads and two Nikes, the other with five heads. Cf. SNG France 1651-2 (same obv. die); SNG Levante 1135 var. (slightly different depiction of crowns; same obv. die). Fine, yellow-brown patina, some porosity.
