Marcus Aurelius. As Caesar, AD 139-161. Æ Sestertius (32mm, 26.83 g, 11h). Rome mint. Struck AD 145. Bare-headed bust right, slight drapery on far shoulder / Aurelius, holding eagle-tipped scepter, driving slow quadriga left; side panel of quadriga decorated with Victory. RIC III 1247; Banti 297 (same dies). VF, green patina, smoothed and tooled.
