HUNNIC TRIBES, Uncertain. Circa AD 700. Æ Drachm (27mm, 3.64 g, 3h). Imitating Khosrau II. Crowned bust right; legend in margin; c/m: uncertain / Fire altar with attendants; four stars within crescents in margin. Cf. Göbl, Dokumente Em. 296. Good Fine, deposits, flan a little wavy.

The coin is superficially similar to Göbl emission 296, but the reverse border is unlike any of the specimens illustrated. Unfortunately, the obverse legend is largely indistinct, making a translation difficult.
