CALABRIA, Tarentum. Circa 470-450 BC. AR Half Nomos – Drachm (3.90 g). Forepart of hippocamp right; cockle shell below / Head of female right within incuse circle. Vlasto 157 (same dies); HN Italy 839; SNG ANS 846 (same dies); SNG Ashmolean 210 (same dies). VF, toned, a hint of die rust on reverse. Very rare.
