Two horse heads right, joined at truncation; around, four pairs of crescents joined back-to-back with pellets above and below / Two horse heads back-to-back; around, four pairs of crescents joined back-to-back with pellets above and below. Vlasto 1681 (this coin; trihemiobol); HN Italy 1072 (diobol). VF, toned, porous. Very rare.
