KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III ‘the Great’. 336-323 BC. AR Drachm (4.27 g, 12h). Miletos mint. Lifetime issue, struck circa 325-323 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin, K on skin behind ear / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; monogram in left field. Price 2090A; ADM I 80 (same dies). Good VF, light mark on cheek. Very rare variety with K on obverse.
