BAKTRIA, Indo-Greek Kingdom. Strato I. Circa 105-85/0 BC. AR Drachm (2.25 g, 12h). Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right, wearing crested helmet adorned with bull's horn and ear / Athena Alkidemos standing left; Σ to left. Bopearachchi Série 2A; SNG ANS 990 var. (monogram); Triton X, 457 (same obv. die); Zeno 51563 (this coin). Good VF, light toning and porosity. Very rare, Bopearachchi cites only two examples: one in Calcutta, the other in a private collection.
