SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Pescennius Niger. AD 193-194. AR Tetradrachm (9.90 g, 12h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / ΠPONOIA ΘЄωN, eagle standing facing on palm, head and tail right, with wings displayed. McAlee 652; Prieur 180 (same obv. die). Fine, light cleaning scratches under tone. Extremely rare.
