Laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / Eagle standing facing on ground line, head left, tail right, with wings displayed, holding wreath in beak; Δ Є above wings, star between legs. McAlee 758; Prieur 249. VF, areas of luster, minor die shift on reverse, a few metal flaws.
