Sextus Pompey. 42-40 BC. AR Denarius (3.92 g, 12h). Uncertain Sicilian mint, possibly Catana. Bare head of Pompey the Great right; capis behind, lituus before / Neptune standing left, holding aplustre and resting foot on prow between the Catanaean brothers Anapias and Amphinomus running in opposite directions, bearing their parents on their shoulders.
