Crowned facing half-length bust, wearing loros, holding spear; N [K] across field / Large M; Tiberius monogram above, palms flanking, Θ below; SCL. DOC -; Anastasi 340; MBBS 71/2 (Theodosius III); MIB 16 var. (same); SB 1496 var. (same). VF, dusty green patina, typical ragged flan. Overstruck on a Syracuse follis of Justinian II (SB 1301). Extremely rare.
