THE ARMY RIFLE ASSOCIATION, lion advancing left on savannah / PRINCE of WALES/CUP engraved on raised tabula; below, 1929/DEPÔT/THE RIFLE BRIGADE engraved in three lines; in exergue, hallmarks B•N, anchor, lion passant left, and E, indicating Birmingham 1929.
