ELIS, Olympia. 78th-82nd Olympiad. 468-452 BC. AR Hemidrachm (2.58 g, 10h). Eagle, with wings displayed above, flying left, holding hare by its belly and tearing at it with his beak; to upper left, along edge, c/m of uncertain type / Thunderbolt, with volutes above and wings below, within circular incuse. BCD Olympia 23 (same dies). Fine, toned, light porosity. Rare.
