ARGOLIS, Epidauros. Circa 250-240 BC. AR Hemidrachm (2.82 g, 6h). Heavy standard. Laureate head of Asklepios left; E behind / EΠ monogram within wreath. Requier, Monnayage, series 2, dies D1/R1, 172 (this coin); BCD Peloponnesos 1237-9 (same dies). Good VF, lightly toned, minor deposits on obverse. Overstruck on a hemidrachm of Phlious (cf. BCD Peloponnesos 132ff). Rare.
