Countermarked on a follis of Justinian I, Constantinople mint (SB 163): crowned facing bust of Heraclius, monogram to right; all within circular punch / SCL[s] within circular punch. Cf. DOC 241c (same c/m over coins of Justinian with profile bust); SB 882. Host coin Good Fine, c/m VF, rough green patina. Rare over a follis with facing bust.
