SICILY, Syracuse. Second Democracy. 466-405 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.35 g, 12h). Struck circa 425-420 BC. Charioteer driving quadriga right; above, Nike flying left, crowning charioteer / Diademed head of Arethusa right, hair in ornate sakkos; four dolphins around. Boehringer series XXIII, 698.11 (V344/R476) = Weber 1592 (this coin); SNG ANS 233 (same dies); BMC 115 (same dies). VF, toned, minor roughness, obverse a little off center.
