UNCERTAIN GERMANIC TRIBES. Pseudo-Imperial coinage. Mid 1st-mid 3rd century AD. AR “Denarius” (2.91 g, 12h). Imitating a Rome mint AR denarius of Trajan. Laureate bust right, drapery or aegis on left shoulder / Felicitas standing facing, head left, holding caduceus and cornucopia. Cf. Göbl, Antike 2601-2 and 2609-11 (for other imitations of early imperial denarii); otherwise unpublished. VF. Rare.
