Eagle standing facing on cactus, head and tail right, with wings displayed, holding serpent in beak and talon; plowed field below; all set on oak and olive branches / Hand, holding Liberty cap on staff, pointing left to open book inscribed LEY; in exergue, mintmark, date, and assayers’ initials. SCM 378.5. In NGC slab graded MS 62.
