Eagle standing facing on cactus, head right, with wings displayed, holding serpent in beak; plowed field in background; all set on oak and olive branches; date in exergue / Scrolled document inscribed LEY and sword leaning against scales of Justice; above, radiate Liberty cap inscribed LIBERTAD; mintmark and assayer’s initial in legend.
