LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 430-400 BC. AR Nomos (21mm, 7.31 g, 12h). Head of Demeter left, wearing fillet diadem entwined with barley ears / Barley ear, leaf to right. Noe 395 (same dies); HN Italy 1510. Fine, struck from worn dies, scrape and lamination flaw on obverse.
