Nude Hephaistos seated right, holding hammer in right hand, kantharos by the base in left / LIPARAI-ON (retrograde), dolphin left; six pellets below. Calciati I pg. 13, 11; BMC Sicily pg. 259, 32; SNG Copenhagen -; SNG Morcom -; Laffaille -; Virzi -. Good VF, dark brown patina with some minor encrustation. Very rare. ($750)
