BRUTTIUM, Rhegion. Circa 435-425 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.16 gm). Lion's head facing; olive leaf left, hare right / REC[IN]-OS (retrograde), Iokastos seated left, holding kantharos in right hand, staff in left; bird behind seat, all within olive wreath. Herzfelder 56 (D32/R46); SNG Lloyd 681 (same dies); Pozzi 322 (same dies). Lightly toned, nice VF. ($2500)
