Bronze enkolpion. Byzantine, 7th -8th centuries AD. Reliquary in the form of a cross, one side decorated with the crucified Christ, the other with the Theotokos, orans, with four busts at the terminations. Still sealed, with cylindrical hanger attached. Overall length: 52mm. Very good condition, nice green patina.
