Laureate head right / Shrine of Zeus-Dusares: baetyl set on altar within stone wall and approached by steps; to right, priest seated left. Spijkerman 5; SNG ANS -. VF, earthen green patina. A very rare mint, striking coins only during the reign of Elagabalus.
The Charachmoba mint was active only during the reign of Elagabalus, producing only two basic types - this type and that found on the previous lot.
