Geta, with Septimius Severus and Caracalla. As Caesar, AD 198-209. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.00 g, 5h). Rome mint. Bare headed and draped bust of Geta right / Laureate, draped, and cuirassed busts of Severus and Caracalla, vis-à-vis. RIC IV 5 var. (Geta bust type); RSC 1a var. (same). VF, toned. Rare.
While RSC notes Geta as having a bust that is draped and cuirassed, its illustration of the coin clearly shows the bust as only draped.
