Gordian III. AD 238-244. Æ Sestertius (29mm, 19.18 g, 1h). Rome mint, 1st officina. 5th-6th emissions, AD 239-240. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Aequitas standing left, holding scales and cornucopia. RIC IV 286a; Banti 15. Good VF, dark brown patina, traces of red, slightly irregular shape of flan. Lovely surfaces.
