Aurelian. AD 270-275. Æ Denarius (19mm, 2.37 g, 12h). Rome mint, 2nd officina. 11th emission, AD 275. Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Providentia standing left, holding baton and cornucopia; globe at feet to left. RIC V 69 var. (officina letter); BN 248-9 var. (same); BN Supp. pl. 75, 31 = MIR 47, 140/0e var. (bust draped and cuirassed). Good VF, attractive green patina. Extremely rare without officina letter and apparently unpublished.
