Pearl-diademed, helmeted, draped, and cuirassed bust right, holding spear and shield / Valentinian standing facing on galley left, head right, raising hand and holding transverse scepter; to lower right, Victory seated facing, head upward left, holding oar; (wreath)/(cross)//ANTЄ.
