IONIA, Magnesia ad Maeandrum. Circa 155-145 BC. AR Tetradrachm (33mm, 16.60 g, 12h). Stephanophoric type. Euphemos, son of Pausanios, “magistrate”. Diademed and draped bust of Artemis right, bow and quiver over shoulder / Apollo Delphios standing left, left elbow resting on tall tripod behind, holding in right hand a branch tied with fillet; meander pattern below; all within laurel wreath. Jones 8-25; SNG Copenhagen -; SNG Lewis 930. Good VF, toned. In high relief with nice detail.
