AGRIPPINA M • F • MAT • C • CAESARIS AVGVSTI, draped bust right / • S • P • Q • R • above, MEMORIAE/AGRIPPINAE in two lines high in left field, two mules drawing Carpentum left, the tilt rests on standing female figures, one at each of the three corners, the side shows four panels with figures dancing(?) in the two lower, and stars in the two upper, eight spokes in wheel. RIC I 55 (Gaius); Trillmich Group I (O7/R- [unlisted rev. die]); BMCRE 86-7 (Caligula); BN 128-30 (Caligula). EF, hard green patina. Exceptional strike.
