IMP CAES M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate and cuirassed bust right / VOTA PVBL P M TR P, S C across field, Felicitas, draped, standing left, holding winged caduceus in right hand and scepter in left. Good VF, attractive brown patina, areas of minor porosity. Well centered on a broad flan. Extremely rare.
