Dated cyclical year 7-1 (1900). “zào shěng nán jiāng gēng kù píng qī qián èr fēn zǐ,” (Made in Jiāngnán province/gēng [cyclical date stem]/Treasury scales equal to 7 qián and 2 fēn/zǐ [cyclical date branch]) in Hànzì, “bǎo yuán guāng xù,” (Valuable yuán of Guāngxù) in Hànzì around similar legend in Manchu script / KIANG NAN PROVINCE/(rosette) 7 MACE AND 2 CANDAREENS (rosette), flying imperial dragon facing, coiled leftward around fireball and surrounded by stylized clouds.
